Mississippi Delta Community College C4 Workforce Development Program

For this project, we worked with a workforce development program housed with Mississippi Delta Community College. It had a long name - Community Collaboration for College & Careers, so we leaned into the C4 abbreviation and extended the language across the promotional materials. The logo shows a multi-sided approach and also lends itself to the honeycomb pattern used through the display type.

UProot: Building a Healthier Mississippi from the Ground Up



Using our proprietary naming process, we developed five distinct campaigns, each with its own perspective. We worked with the communications committee to discuss different names and come to a consensus about which direction to move forward with.


We developed UProot to be a flexible brand, serving diverse audiences like legislators in a summary report, or college students through t-shirts.

We’ve designed a website that features Success Stories and created a social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. These help keep the UProot partnerships vibrant by sharing stories from across the state.

UProot Public Health Campaign Website

This project is one of our strongest successes, a campaign where we're able to do strong creative work and use it towards something that advances the public good. UProot is the public-facing brand for the State Health Improvement Assessment, a set of surveys and recommendations dedicated to improving the perception of public health in Mississippi. What makes this effort novel is an unprecedented coordination between public agencies, nonprofits, hospitals, and others to create a well-rounded project. We were tasked with coming up with a brand name that felt more public-accessible and not like a government project, while inspiring positive momentum towards change, not dwelling on bad statistics.

TEC Made To Measure


TEC is a large telecommunications provider for business and residential customers.

This project began with a need to increase awareness of TEC's B2B offerings. We met that need by developing an integrated multimedia campaign. Through discussion, we learned that the company possesses many competitive advantages, and we focused on different ones in various campaign concepts. The one that ultimately emerged was Made To Measure: a nod to the relationship between TEC sales reps and their customers. Simply put, TEC reps will work with clients to create service plans that are custom-fit to their business, much like a tailor creating custom clothing fit just to you.

We spoke to three TEC business clients representing a range of industries: a towing company with critical phone and data communications, a business insurance broker providing excellent customer service, and a medical practice that must have 100% uptime. Each testimonial is real and specific to that industry, while the title cards help to underline the points being made.

The campaign has touchpoints in print, video, and radio advertising.

We worked with a specific strategy to speak to something real in the B2B space: that business clients want a company that understands them and offers services that meet their individual needs.

These posters made for a great opportunity to do something with serious advice that also isn't too lecture-y. The color palette is really eye-catching and engaging. 'Good Job' is a concept that employees can be proud of.
